bulletMaterial Damage Estimate Review
If your customer has minor damage or already has an estimate, ECS will automate and review the material damage estimate, locate substitute parts and reach a verified cost of repair with the appropriate repair shop contact. The assigned claim representative will be provided with a detailed explanation of the ECS review.

bulletDirect Repair Estimate Review
ECS will review estimates prepared by your direct repair shops before the repairs begin. ECS will also receive and review digital images directly from repair facilities utilizing digital imaging. ECS will review each estimate and the supporting images for compliance with your program guidelines. ECS will assist the repair shop in locating substitute parts and assist the shop to comply with your program guidelines. The estimate review will ensure consistency across the entire repair program.

bulletCatastrophe Support
Fax your shop estimate or spec sheet to ECS. The ECS staff will input the estimate according to your guidelines into an industry standard collision estimating system. ECS will return the automated estimate to the designated claim representative or repair facility. ECS can also upload estimate data to your information provider for management information reports if desired.

bulletSubrogation Estimate Review
ECS will audit subrogation estimates submitted by adverse carriers. ECS will audit the estimate and provide detailed documentation to support your subrogation offer.

bulletClosed File Analysis
ECS will review a random sample of your closed file estimates (staff, direct repair, and independent appraisers). ECS will identify trends, examine alternate part usage and additional allowances. ECS will process the estimates and return a complete analysis of the estimates.

bulletDirect Repair Survey Design and Administration
ECS will assist in the preparation and administration of repair facility surveys. ECS will assist you with the design of the repair survey, distribute your survey to repair shops and follow up with the shops to obtain the completed survey. Once received ECS will compile the information into a central database and analyze the shop data against your criteria.   Please see our Survey Design Wizard in the ECS Virtual Claims Office.
